An evening of cocktail tasting with our bartenders — sip your way through serves built on Highland botanicals, with a measure of theatre and a good measure of mischief.

Every cocktail in our book is named for a member of Clan Colquhoun — the same racers, artists, adventurers and scoundrels whose names are on our room doors. As our bartenders shake, stir and pour, each serve arrives with its character’s story: eight hundred years of family history, tasted one glass at a time.

The evening takes its name from Sir John Colquhoun — the 17th-century laird whose legend involves love potions, a scandalous elopement, and an outlaw’s charm. His story is best told over a drink. Preferably several small ones.
